This website is run by Mainbreak Sport (ABN 88 410 380 229), trading as Mainbreak. This site uses the terms "we", "us", "our" refer to Mainbreak. By browsing this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the changes.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we sell through.

Using the site

By using this site you confirm you're at least 18, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent.

Don't use our products or the site for anything illegal, and don't try to break, overload or interfere with the site or its security. We can refuse service or cancel access if these terms are breached.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in AUD and can change without notice.

We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary, so we can't guarantee what you see is an exact match.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or correct pricing and stock errors — including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. We may also limit or cancel orders that look like they're for resale.

You agree to give accurate account and payment details so we can process your order and contact you if needed.

Stock and product info

Product availability and descriptions can change at any time. We don't guarantee that any item will always be in stock or that all information on the site is free of errors. We may correct errors and update information without notice.

Intellectual property

The Mainbreak name, logo, designs, graphics, photography and site content are ours. Don't copy, reproduce, resell or use them without our written permission.

Your submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other content (for example, tagging us or entering something we run), you agree we can use it without obligation to pay you, keep it confidential, or respond. Don't send anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or use third-party services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices — review their terms yourself before using them.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded. See our Shipping & Returns policy for how returns, faults and guarantees work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows — and without affecting your consumer guarantees above — we provide the site and products "as is", and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to resupplying the product or paying to have it resupplied.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
