Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship within Australia, from Western Australia via Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking by email once your order is on its way.
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to a wrong address, or for parcels that tracking marks as delivered but go missing after that point. If a parcel is lost in transit, get in touch and we'll help you chase it with Australia Post.
Standard
- Same state: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express
- Same state: 1–2 business days
- Interstate: 2–3 business days
Returns & exchanges
We want you in the right gear. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Change of mind / wrong size
Full-priced items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit (we don't offer cash refunds for change of mind).
To be accepted, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Sent back with your order number inside or on the parcel
Return postage for change of mind or sizing is on you. We'd recommend a tracked service — we can't issue credit for a return we don't receive.
Start a return by emailing info@mainbreaksport.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
Socks
For hygiene reasons, socks can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind unless they're unopened and in original packaging. This doesn't affect your rights if they arrive faulty.
Sale items
Sale items are final — no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Your consumer guarantee rights below still apply to sale items if they're faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
This is the important part, and it's not negotiable on our end.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. For a major problem, you choose; for a minor one, we'll sort a repair or replacement.
This applies to sale items too.
If something's wrong with your order, email info@mainbreaksport.com within a reasonable time of noticing, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items and make it right.
